ELP Scholarships 
Want to attend an ELP but the no small matter of cost or
distance is stopping you?
Well, we have a solution!
Thanks to our sponsors (Department of Transport and Main Roads, Engineers Australia, UQ and CQU), we are in the
position to offer two students per course a full scholarship, including
reasonable transport costs to and from the nearest course.
We can also offer two partial scholarships per course, which includes transport costs to and from the nearest
course. These partial scholarships are specifically for students who live in rural and remote locations for
which travel costs to a major centre is expensive.

Terms and Conditions of the Scholarships:
- The judges decision is final.
- There are two (2) fully paid scholarships available for each of the three (3) courses. These
include:

- Payment of the course, including accommodation, meals etc for two nights/three days (valued at
$181.50).
- Payment of the transport costs to the nearest course (organised by TELG, in negotiation with the
applicant) (up to a value of $250).
- Extra night's accommodation if required (valued at $65).
- There are two (2) partial scholarships available for each of the three (3) courses. These
include:

- By applying for a scholarship, the applicant agrees that the need for the scholarship is genuine.
- The applicant is genuinely interested in engineering as a possible career option.
- If the application form is not completed in full, or is not received by the closing date, then it may not
be considered.
- Only one scholarship can be awarded per family.

SQELP: Friday 18th May 2012
CQELP: Friday 18th May 2012
NQELP: Friday 22nd June 2012
